- All the students will be required to follow the national guidelines related to COVID-19 as issued from the Ministry of Home affairs/Sate Govt. time to time.
- Thermal scanning may be done at the entry point of the examination center.
- No student will be allowed to enter the examination center without wearing a face mask. All the students will be required to bring with them their own transparent bottle of water & sanitizer and gloves.
- The student will have to report at the examination center at least half hour before the commencement of examination.
- The online ADMIT CARD is being issued PROVISIONALLY. In case, candidate fails to fulfill eligibility criteria, his/her CANDIDATURE will be CANCELLED even after the ADMISSION without any claim of any type against the Counselling conducting committee/university.
- Candidate must present this ADMIT CARD (printout) at the examination centre and during the Examination when demanded for verification, failing which he/she will not be allowed to take Examination.
- Candidates are advised to check the exact location of Examination Centre and should reach well before the reporting time
- Candidate must bring good quality BLACK/BLUE ball point pen to fill the Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) sheet and darken the bubbles. Once a bubble is darkened / marked the candidates are not allowed to ERASE or UN-DARKEN it. Any stray mark on the OMR sheet is not allowed.
- Rough work may be done in the test booklet (on any page) only.
- Mobile phones, blue-tooth devices, earphones, microphones, calculator, pen drives, electronic pen, health band or any other electronic device/gadgets, any printed / blank / hand written paper, log table, writing pad, scale, geometry / pencil box, pouch, handbag, goggles or similar things are NOT allowed in the examination centre.
- Candidate is NOT allowed to leave the examination hall before the completion of the examination and without handing over the QUESTION BOOKLET and OMR sheet to the invigilator.
- Violation of any of the rule/regulation or instruction during the examination will lead to cancellation of the candidature and/or legal consequences.
- The candidates are advised to ensure their eligibility as per provisions given in the Information Brochure / Prospectus before appearing in the Entrance Examination.
- Before answering the questions, the candidates should ensure that they have been supplied the correct and complete Question Booklet. Complaints regarding missing pages etc. in Question Booklet will not be entertained after 30 minutes of the commencement of examination.
- In case, if there is any discrepancy in any question(s) in the Question Booklet the same may be brought to the notice of Controller of Examinations (coe@mdurohtak.ac.in) within 24 hours after the uploading of the Question Booklet & Answer Key on MDU website. No such complaint(s) will be entertained thereafter in any case.
- The candidate must refer to the Notifications / Corrigenda, if any, issued from time to time for any change in reference to various provisions of Prospectus 2022-23 (meant for UTD & MDU-CPAS & Affiliated Colleges) which is available on the website: https://mdu.ac.in/
- In case of any type of discrepancy in the details of the candidate, he/she should contact University Computer Center (UCC) DDE Building, M.D.U. Rohtak at least one day before the scheduled entrance exam.
- The candidate need to fil his roll number, question booklet number and code carefully on OMR Sheet.
